Obiettivi formativi specifici.
Graduates have acquired advanced cultural and professional knowledge so that they may best understand the most significant elements of healthcare treatment, management, continuing education and research in their professional field of expertise.
Graduates must:
- be able to apply basic knowledge of rehabilitation science in healthcare management of high, medium and low complexity Medical Units;
- be able to use knowledge of healthcare business and economics in order to manage human and technological resources on the basis of costs/benefits analysis
- supervise specific sectors of healthcare for rehabilitation organisation;
- be able to apply appropriate research methodology in the field of rehabilitation healthcare treatment, clinical-healthcare treatment, organisation and professional training
- be able to apply and critically evaluate impact of different theoretical models to healthcare treatment organisation and management;
- arrange the best use of human, technological, IT and financial resources in high, medium and low complexity Medical Units;
- plan and implement updating training activities for healthcare rehabilitation Units;
- develop teaching of basics, complementary and permanent activities concerning rehabilitation health profession science, tutorials and trainings;
- apply appropriate research methodology in the field of healthcare rehabilitation treatment, clinical-healthcare treatment, organisation and professional training;
- possess the ability to communicate in a clear manner with staff members and patients about organisational and healthcare issues;
- critically analyse ethical and deonthological issues related to rehabilitation health profession also with the perspective of a multi-funcional integration
Graduates must:
